Catalogue pricing depends on page count, product layout and the state of supplied materials. Our packages cover original design and page layout within a defined scope. When comparing quotes, check whether both include new design or one only updates an existing publication.

- Up to 8 pages including the cover: 253.88 USD excl. VAT.
- Up to 16 pages including the cover: 406.20 USD excl. VAT.
- Up to 24 pages including the cover: 558.53 USD excl. VAT.
- Up to 32 pages including the cover: 710.86 USD excl. VAT.
Prices cover the stated scope. Choose a service to check the full package, extras and total. Third-party costs are agreed separately. USD prices use the fixed NBP exchange rate of 2 November 2026.
What does a catalogue package cover?
Page counts include the cover. The scope includes visual direction, cover design, layout and print and digital PDFs, using client-supplied text and photographs. A standard product page allows up to four products and one simple table. Denser tables, extra versions and unusual layouts need assessment.
What is needed for a quote?
Supply a contents outline, approximate page count, products and sample tables. Identify what is ready. Agree copywriting, photography, translation and printing separately. FORMA Collection and the EM-MED project illustrate different content types that affect layout work.
How should revisions be planned?
Approve the visual direction and sample pages before reviewing all content. Collect feedback against one file version. Changing product details differs from adding a new publication section. Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope; additions are agreed separately.
What to prepare for a quote
- Count the cover and flag pages containing tables.
- State product count and the status of descriptions and images.
- Distinguish new design, updates and another language version.
Questions and answers
Does the price include catalogue printing?
No. These prices cover design and files. Paper, quantity, binding and printing are agreed separately with the supplier.
