Contact and reports

The website is run by 56CREATIVES. In matters of personal data and privacy, write to 56creatives@gmail.com. The data entered into the configurator, selected services and information about the project are used to handle your enquiry and contact you. Reports are sent to the 56OS system. Refusing optional cookies does not block sending the form.

Necessary mechanisms

We save the consent decision in the browser's memory (key 56creatives:consent:v1, up to 180 days). We also remember the technical identifier of the handled notification event to avoid it being charged again. It does not include an email address, phone number or message content. You can delete your browser's memory in its settings. Saving your cookie selection allows you to apply your decision when switching between subpages.

Form spam protection

Contact forms and service configurator are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Verification serves to protect against automatic reports and is checked on the server. Google may process your IP address, browser data and interactions needed to assess whether a human is submitting the form and use security cookies. Advertising - Google Ads and Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager manages page tags (GTM-KVM6SWC8 container). Google Ads is used to measure ad performance, including correct reporting, and ad personalization. Advertising measurement requires advertising consent. Consent includes advertising cookies, advertising data transferred to Google and ad personalization.

After consent, Google tags may process device and browser technical data, IP address, information about visited pages, interaction with advertising and conversions, and cookie identifiers. The submission event passes the lead_submit_success name and technical lead_id, without the form content. Google services may involve data processing outside the European Economic Area. Analytics

After consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (identifier G-QKZGCC38F4) to measure visits, traffic sources, website interactions, correctly sent queries, and phone and e-mail clicks. We do not share form content or contact information in these events. Google may process technical data of the device and browser, IP address, addresses of visited pages and cookie identifiers. The service is connected to your Google Ads account to analyze advertising effectiveness. Import of audience lists into Ads is disabled. Consent to analytics does not mean consent to advertising. Once you withdraw your consent, we block further sending of Analytics events.

Change and withdrawal of consent

Optional consents are disabled by default. You can accept all, reject optional ones, or select categories. At any time, open "Cookie settings" in the footer of the website and save your new selection. Withdrawal of consent applies to further measurement; does not automatically delete data previously submitted. To inquire about your report data or its deletion, please contact us. Once your browser memory is deleted or your selection expires, you will be asked for your decision again.
